Todd Trenchard
Chief Executive Officer
Todd Trenchard is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Bacot Foundation of South Mississippi. He has been sober for the past 27 years and is a proud graduate of the Home of Grace.
He also is a proud United States Marine Corps veteran, and served the community as the Senior Vice President of Public Relations and Business Development for Merchants & Marine Bank. He was the Community Relations Director of the Home of Grace Recovery Program and founded Trinity House, a three-quarter way home in Gautier, MS. He hosts a weekly television show on WXXV FOX 25 and WXXV NBC.

He has been the Chairman of the Board of the Salvation Army, Assistant District Governor and President of the Pascagoula Rotary Club, where he is a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow. He presided as Chairman of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Habitat for Humanity organization, Jackson County Chairman of the 2008 Jimmy Carter Work Project, Vice-Chairman of the Gulf Coast YMCA, and was the founder and Executive Board Member of Rebuild Jackson County.
Additionally, he is the past President of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County, past Chairman of the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, served on the Board of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Foundation, served on the board of Lighthouse Academy for Dyslexia as well as the Trident Foundation, while serving on several other Board of Directors and Advisory Councils throughout the Gulf Coast region. He also has helped establish the Butch Oustalet Foundation Fund where he is a Founding Legacy Partner. He founded and has been the co-chairman of "The Jolly" Golf Classic for the past twenty-one years and founded Renaissance the Runway which has become a must see coast-wide success.
He attended LSU, was a DKE at Tulane University, and later continued studies at USM, graduating with Highest Honors while maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout all his undergraduate and graduate degree programs. He studied Korean at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA, is a graduate of Leadership Jackson County, Leadership Mississippi as well as the Gulf Coast Business Council Master's Leadership Class.
Todd has been honored as the Volunteer of the Year by several local agencies, been named a Miracle Maker by the Home of Grace, received the "Shep" Award from the Dream Program, been awarded the prestigious Silver Beaver Award by the Boy Scouts of America, received the Forever Young Award from Coast Young Professionals, and honored with the Annette O'Keefe Award from the Mental Health Association of South MS. He has also been the recipient of the Boys & Girls Clubs Eddie Kyatt Award.
The MS Legal Services Corporation selected him as Mississippi's Southern Region's Top Community Leader, and in 2007, he was honored by The Sun Herald & Governor Haley Barbour with his induction into the Roland Weeks Hall of Fame as one of South Mississippi's Top Community Leaders.
He is a member of the Krewe of Neptune, Gulf Coast Carnival Association, and the Second Street Social Club. He is on the board of the Great Southern Club and resides in Gulfport with his beloved champion English bulldog Samson, a Pugabull named Butterball... and 3 rescues named Madame Leota, Elton and Lila Mae.

Rich Westfall
President
Rich Westfall’s career spans 18 years in casino resort marketing and 20 years of theme park marketing. He recently retired as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Charter Bank. He ran for MS State Representative in 2019. Rich attended the University of Texas in Arlington and moved to the MS Gulf Coast in 1992 as the original marketing director for the Isle of Capri Casino. The first casino to open in Mississippi.Rich represents over 30 years of leadership and service in South Mississippi, He continues to serve on numerous nonprofit boards and is past President of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation.
Currently, Rich is the President of the Bacot Foundation Board. He is member and is past President of the Gulfport Rotary Club, serves on the Operating Board for the Mississippi Aquarium and is a member of the Gulf Coast Business Council.
He is past President and former Marketing Committee Chairman for Coastal MS Tourism Commission, past President of the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce, and the Walter Anderson Museum of Art. He served as a Volunteer Division Chairman for the Rapiscan Systems Classic.
Rich received the 2007 MS Tourism Association’s Tourism Promotion of the Year as Co-Chairman of the Katrina One Year Later Committee and was inducted into the Mississippi State Tourism Hall of Fame in 2008. In addition, he received the 2008 Golden Pineapple Award from the Department of Tourism, USM College of Business, for the advancement of the casino management curriculum. Rich is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast, named an Outstanding Coast Community Leader, Class of 2008 and is a 2009 Gulf Coast Business Council Master’s Class graduate.
Rich is a native Texan and has lived in the Gulf Hills area of Ocean Springs, MS, for the past 33 years. He has been married to Mary Ann for 46 years and is a proud father of two wonderful children, Andy and Katherine. Andy and his wife Amber live in St. Martin with our two grandsons Landon and Jackson. Katherine is married to Nick Rocco and lives in Orlando, FL.
Rich loves playing golf and watching his grandson play high school baseball. He loves all outdoor activities including snow skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking and white-water rafting.
