​The Bacot Foundation is the Coastal leader in helping to identify and addressing various needs throughout the Gulf Coast region.  We are fortunate that we receive a tremendous outpouring of community support through which we continue to help make a difference in the lives of so many.  

 

We are an IRS recognized public charity as described in section 509 (a) (1) of the IRS Code and a 501(C) 3 tax exempt organization which is governed by a Board of Directors composed of local civic and community leaders. As such we are authorized to receive tax-deductible donations for grant distributions to worthy and needy applicants, usually, but not absolutely restricted to other 501(C)3 organizations, which in the Board of Directors' judgment best fit the stated purposes of the Foundation.

 

The Foundation is very community oriented with donations going back into our local community.
